The breakfast at Dongcheng International was a highlight of our stay. The variety of dishes offered was impressive and the quality of the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the freshly made omelettes and the selection of pastries. The breakfast staff were attentive and kept the buffet well-stocked. It was a great way to start each day of our trip. I was very satisfied with my stay at Dongcheng International and would recommend it to others.

Got nothing like about this hotel. The deal they offer for Canton fair is small not dirty. Back to the recepionist the so call "customer relationshipmanger" does not even ask me why I want to swith room and no even care you stay there or not, all they care is the "money". Must be goverment partly own, the bell boy are rude and the coffee shop staff is un-professional. Won't stay here if return. Learn my lesson rahter stay at pullman or hyatt for more, at least they treat people with respect!!!!

Same as above, this hotel is old and dirty and cannot compare with pullman and hyatt, stupid me want to give a shot and learn a big lesson.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy access to the city center and various local restaurants. The rooms are spacious with clean bathrooms and well-operating temperature controls. Breakfast offers a wide range of options, including western choices. The hotel also provides a nice exercise room and excellent laundry rates.

Some staff members were less polite and uncoordinated with each other.

I got really upste with the hotel, because I booked the room for 2 persons, and on the Booked.net website says that on the hotel rate the breakfast was included. However, for my suprise, when I arrive in the hotel, they told me (only when I was having the first breakfast, not at the check in) that in this room rate was only included 1 breakfast,and that I have to pay for the second person. But the Booking website didn't say so, I show them the booking confirmation and they said was a mistake of Booked.net, that they had a contract with them for only 1 Breakfast per room. I told them that as guest I do not have acess to their contract with Booked.net, so if Booking was showing something diferente from their contract, they should charge Booked.net not me. But there was no away, I had to pay an extra fee for the second breakfast. Now I'm not sure if it was really a problem of Booked.net or the Hotel was not being honest. However I had something showing breakfast for 2 and they supose to solve this with Booking, I didn't like the way the act, charging me.

If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in the heart of the city, this is a great option. It's not a touristy area, but you'll find plenty of local restaurants nearby to satisfy your cravings. The staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is decent. The hotel is also clean and new, providing a comfortable stay.

Be cautious of the strong chemical smell that permeates the ninth floor. It can be quite overwhelming and not very pleasant.

The wellness centre is exceptional, with a stunning indoor swimming pool and a sauna, along with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. The health club is also well-equipped and the full body massage was exceptional. Dining was superb too, with the restaurant offering a range of delicious dishes, and the snack bar was fantastic for a quick bite. The location was excellent too, with easy access to local attractions and entertainment options.

While my stay was exceptional overall, there was one minor issue. The night club was quite loud and I found it difficult to sleep.

The service was impeccable, with friendly staff always available to help. The health club and beauty treatments were exquisite, and the massage left us feeling completely relaxed. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. We loved the private facilities, including the treatment room and steam room.

We stayed here for Christmas and the location was great - close to restaurants and shopping malls. The breakfast buffet was decent and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We also had an issue with a missing face cloth and were accused of stealing it, which was very upsetting.

Our romantic escape was a real treat at this hotel. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with easy-to-use temperature controls. The location was perfect and had free parking, which made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was stunning, and the restaurant service was top-notch. The hotel also provided complimentary slippers and sandals, which was a nice touch.

We also noticed that the sandals provided in the room were used and open, which was not very hygienic. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience and service were great.
